This website is operated by M.M. Salonga Trading of 175 Toclong II-B, Imus, Cavite. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site — you are still welcome to call us on 0954 457 6000.

These terms govern your use of the website. They are not the terms of any supply contract between us. Those are set out in the quotation we issue you and in any purchase order or agreement that follows it, and where the two differ, the quotation and the contract govern.

It is an information and enquiry site for a trading company. You can read about what we supply, look at specifications, and send us a request for a quotation.

You cannot buy anything on this website. There is no shopping cart, no checkout and no payment page. Nothing here takes a card number or a bank detail, and nobody from this company will ever ask you for one by email. If you receive such a request purporting to come from us, it did not, and we would be grateful if you told us.

• We publish no price list. Pricing depends on quantity, site conditions and what is included, so every figure we give is prepared for a specific requirement.
• Nothing on this website is an offer. Product pages, descriptions and the assistant are an invitation to ask us for a quotation. They do not commit either of us to anything.
• Sending a request does not create a contract. It asks us to prepare a quotation. We may decline, or ask for more detail before quoting.
• A quotation is a written document with a reference number, issued by our staff. It states what is included, what is quoted separately, and the period it is valid for. Only that document states our price.
• A quotation may be revised. Where scope changes, we issue a new version rather than alter the old one, so it is always clear what was offered and when. Each version stands on its own.
• A contract is formed when we accept your order — your purchase order or written acceptance against a valid quotation, confirmed by us.
• Availability is confirmed at the time of order, not at the time of quotation.
• Delivery is nationwide and quoted per order. Delivery dates given are estimates made in good faith; where installation or commissioning is involved, it depends on site readiness.

Payment terms are those stated on the quotation issued to you. Where a quotation is silent, terms are agreed in writing before delivery.

The assistant on this site is a guided menu, not a person and not an artificial intelligence. It answers from a fixed set of facts about our company and our products, and its job is to take your requirement to our team.

It will tell you when it does not know something rather than guess — lead times, warranty and payment terms all depend on the order, so it passes those to a person. Nothing the assistant says is a quotation or a commitment. Only a written quotation from our staff is.

We take care that specifications, descriptions and photographs are accurate. Product images are illustrative, and manufacturers may change specifications without notice.

The specification that governs any supply is the one written into the quotation issued to you. If accuracy matters to a procurement decision — and with warning equipment it usually does — ask us to confirm it in writing and we will.

The text, images, layout and design of this website belong to M.M. Salonga Trading or are used with permission. ZEK-1017 and the M.M. Salonga Trading name and mark are ours.

You may read, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating or procuring our products — that is what the site is for. You may not republish our content as your own, use our name or mark to imply an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist, or present yourself as an authorised reseller unless we have agreed that in writing.

Please do not:

• submit a quotation request that is not genuine, or that uses somebody else’s name or contact details;
• attempt to gain access to the staff portal, or to any part of the system not meant for you;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or use automated means to submit requests;
• interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to overload it;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may refuse service, remove a request, or block access where any of these happens.

The pages under /login and /staff are for employees of M.M. Salonga Trading only. Access is by individual account and is monitored. Attempting to sign in without authorisation is not permitted and may be an offence under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

We provide this website in good faith and take reasonable care over it. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of error.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website — as distinct from a quotation, a specification or a confirmation we gave you in writing, for which we stand behind what we said.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of venue to confirm, to the exclusion of any other venue.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date it was last changed is shown alongside it.
